As the manager of my organization, I have been tasked with setting up an HRMS system that caters to our needs. Our team consists of more than 100 employees, so getting the right system up and running is essential. The most important feature for this system that I require is an Employee Database since this would help us keep track of our resources and their information. No specific integrations are needed as we would prefer the system to be standalone and self-sufficient. With the right HRMS system in place, I am confident that it would greatly enhance our efficiency in managing the human resources of our organization.
