House modeling sketchup

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a 3D model of a single-family house using Sketchup. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural modeling and be able to create a detailed interior and exterior model based on the elevations and drawings provided. The project involves:
– Creating a detailed 3D model of the house
– Adding interior and exterior details such as windows, doors, furniture, etc.
– Creating a realistic and accurate representation of the house
– Providing the final model in Sketchup format
