House Extension – Design Peer Review (Australian Architect / Designer required)
Project detail
Hi all,
We’re seeking an Australian architect experienced with residential extensions to undertake a series of peer reviews for an extension currently being worked up in Melbourne. Scheme is a single level open plan extension to a period home. A full pack of information, site details, analysis and brief is available for context to assist once appointed.
Initial peer review is to review the concept, plan and associated dimensions, provide comments on guidance as applicable. Part two will be to comment on final materials/massing/details and the like in readiness for building permit and CD set.
Note we’re in the building/design/construction industry, but the commercial side, thus seeking specifically a residential architect experienced with extensions with an impartial view. Note we have a draftsperson to document – this task is for your professional impartial commentary on the concept and critical design elements to assist. Outputs likely include markups and details as needed to inform your comments and likely a couple of zoom meetings.
Sorry but Australian or New Zealand based, trained and actively operating building designers or architects need only apply. Thanks
