Home Network Design

Looking for an independent consultant to help me design a secure home network for a new home (3600 sq. ft.). Seeking support of the design of a modestly sized network that does not require significant offsite IT support. Services I am looking for is network hardware selection, structured wiring layout, and interface with home audio and security sub-systems. The home is in the schematic design phase of development,so the consultant will work from architect floor- and reflected ceiling plans.
