Hiring Podcast Manager

Hello,

we’re looking for a skilled and experienced podcast manager.

The scope of work would be:
– planning content and new episode for weeks ahead
– managing and overseeing the production process from recording -> editing -> uploading final piece and scheduling the episode, making sure everything is in place and on time
– creative input on how to make the podcast more engaging
– strategy and tactics on how to grow a podcast audience
– anything else that can be of benefit

Right now we’re using Buzzsprout to upload and schedule new episodes and to distribute the podcast over many different directories such as Spotify, Google Podcasts, Apple Podcasts, etc.

Essentially, the podcast is just stripped-down audio from our popular YouTube videos and live sessions. We have a lot of content online and this was a fast way for us to build some presence in the podcast community. And we did.

Our goals:
1. We want to grow and expand our audience
2. Gain more listeners
3. Make episodes more engaging
4. Increase listener retention
4. Increase awareness of the podcast thru SEO, etc
