Here navigation sdk in Android App

I am looking for a freelancer who can integrate the Here Navigation SDK in my Android app (you can use whatever language, flutter, angular, react…). I will obtain the license before starting the project. The specific feature I want to be implemented is turn-by-turn navigation and order list. I have a design in mind for the navigation interface, so I am looking for someone who can work with my design.

Ideal skills and experience:
– Experience in integrating Here Navigation SDK in Android apps
– Knowledge of Android development
– Experience in UI/UX design to work with my design ideas.

The requirements are the following:
– It must allow login to our api. (login only, not registration).
– Must allow Work Orders to be listed. Each of them has latitude and longitude, and some other details.
– It must allow, when clicking a Work Order, to go with the Here Navigation SDK map integrated in the application.

The application must be available for Tablet and Mobile.
– On mobile, a page for work orders and another for navigation.
– On the tablet, the left half of the screen is the navigation, and the right half the list of commands.
