Help with US Taxes and Social Security Application

I am looking for a tax specialist, someone who is familiar with the US tax process and social security benefits applications.

My mother is 63 years old and did not receive any of the stimulus’, and we want to apply for her social security benefits 2 years early based on my fathers extended employment history in the US.

However, every time we tried to do the application ourselves, we received an error without any clear understanding as to why the application was rejected.
