Help With My Site/Software — 2

Hello everyone!
I’m looking for someone that can help me finish up my site/software.
I’ve got almost everything I need, but I would like some things added and some things fixed.
For example, I bought some plugins and I have installed them, but they don’t work and dev’s are not willing to help.
I would also like some GPS tracking to BUT the most important would be that I NEED to get some help integrating with METRC.
Platform: Ubuntu/Opencart 2.0.3.1
