Help with Migrating Sharepoint List

Need help moving a SharePoint list from one tenet to a new tenant.

The ID numbers need to be kept intact.

Success full metrics.

1) data set is complete (drop downs options, column type)
2) data ID numbers are 1:1
3) views are migrated
