Help me with Ionic project

I have a PWA that is half finished. It allows people to send SMS and make calls via Twilio. My developer has fallen ill and I need someone to finish off the project.

The backend is written in Laravel and the frontend is a React based PWA.

Ideally you will have experience wrapping PWAs with Ionic Capacitor as I need a solution for push notifications on iOS.
