Help me update my WordPress website and add Bakery Plugin

There is a website I am trying to update but the WP and PHP is way out of date and I don’t know enough about it to update in fear of breaking something. I need someone to update the wordpress and PHP as well as add Bakery page builder to the site without breaking anything.
