Help code an EMR (Electronic Medical Record) web app

We have been established in Canada since 1994 and in the Democratic Republic of Congo since 2013. We have become a center of excellence with 3 satellite branches in Kinshasa and Lubumbashi.

Our Vision: To become a network of medical centers of excellence in Canada and sub-Saharan Africa.

We are currently refactoring our EMR. We need someone to help our team for the development of the frontend but also someone confortable with the backend.

The backend is Laravel and the frontend is Vue.js. We are also using MariaDB, redis, Jira and Bitbucket. Understanding and speaking French would be a great asset.

We are following Agile rules so attending daily Scrums is required.
