Help Change URL

Hello everyone!
I am migrating my website to a new URL, this is a complicated website with many pages and I need someone as an advisor who has done this before and who can create sitemaps . My website is currently: https://discordservers.me/

I already have someone who is helping with the code changes, I just need someone who can create the sitemaps necessary to submit to google for the change.

1) Sitemap file containing new URLs in the mapping
2) Sitemap file containing old URLs for the mapping
3) A list of sites linking to your current content.
