Hello CSS coders/animators. I am looking for someone who can code multiple animated backgrounds for my websites, interactive meaning that the backgrounds interact with mouse-cursor-movement, as shown in my early-developmental-stage-website @ Gliphel.com . As you can see in the website, the lines/particles move around the mouse’s cursor as it moves, forming a barrier around the cursor. This is exactly the behavior I want out of my customized CSS animations I am requesting you, or others to make.

You must be able to create original backgrounds based as references such as the ones I have attached below →

The budget for this project starts at $100 per/animated background and moves up from there depending on my idea of the complexity of the task.
