Hectus BlockBattles plugin, for my Minecraft server

I am in need of a Hectus BlockBattles plugin for my Minecraft server. The server version is 1.19 PaperMC.
I am expecting a player count of about 50–100 at the same time upon release.

I had some volunteer developers already working on it, but I need some professional work on it to finish before the end of the month.

Ideal skills and experience:
– Proficient in Java and Minecraft plugin development with the Bukkit, Spigot, and Paper APIs
– Previous experience in developing Minecraft plugins
– Knowing what BlockBattles is
– ability to load custom maps and add database support
– Have the ability to work with others on Git and GitHub.
