hateful meme classification using machine learning

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a machine learning system to help classify hateful memes. I need the system to use unsupervised learning, utilizing the TensorFlow library, and achieve an accuracy rate of above 90%. This program will help identify hateful speech on the internet to keep people safe and improve the online environment.
