Graphic designer

I am looking for a graphic designer who can create high quality social media creatives, flyers and brochures, as well as remove backgrounds and resize images. I am open to suggestions for colors and design elements, and need help refining my rough ideas. The target audience for the design is the general public. Ideal skills for the job include proficiency in graphic design software and a strong eye for detail. Experience in creating designs for social media and print materials is also preferred.
