GPS Tracking script

Request for the development of a GPS Tracking script, that will be able to track real time movement of vehicles while reading available data from GPS tracking devices. It must be able to create user accounts for different clients that will be added, in order to track – monitor their fleet. Also, it must have the option of receiving alerts based on pre-set values, i.e. overspeed, harsh-acceleration, high engine temperature, fuel consumption, as well as maintenance alerts for engine oil change etc based on odometer reading. Furthermore, it must have the ability to identify a driver (based on the identification received by the GPS tracker unit) and mark/grade the driver’s performance. The script must also be capable to operate on a mobile application.
