Google & YouTube Ads – keywords, retargeting, etc. — 2

We need someone who can clean up our Google and YouTube Ads. They need to be retargeted and tweaked on a weekly basis. Need someone who is very familiar with these platforms and can run ads as needed.

****Need to have extensive experience with Google Search/Display AND YouTube video ads.
Google campaigns are running but will need to be retargeted, etc. No YouTube ads currently running.
