google marketing specialist for newly discovered woman photographer

I have a website opening April 15. This corresponds with the publication of an article in a newsletter. I have discovered a previously unknown woman photographer in Lowell, MA (1859-1952). I open a non-profit website and publish two on-line articles the same day. I would like to coordinate an on-line ad campaign.
