Google API application (Youtube API) to be verified

I would like to get my client’s google api application submitted and get verified by a consultant/developer who is familiar with the process of writing the related details and content and get our app published to google and get it verified.

The app does creation/update on youtube videos via api to my client’s youtube channel. I am looking for someone who familiar with google api verification process submission and responding to their questions if any & preparing content etc starting to end. Only bid if you have does this previously. Otherwise please don’t.
