Google Ads / PPC Management for IT Provider / MSP

I am looking for a Google Ads / PPC expert to manage my advertising campaigns for my IT provider / MSP business. My monthly advertising budget falls within the range of $1,000 – $5,000. I currently have existing ad campaigns, but I am not seeing the desired results with my current agency, so I am looking for someone who can optimize and improve my campaigns. My main goal for this advertising campaign is to generate leads for my business.
