Google ads

I have a small business that happens to offer financing to small businesses in the USA. I have been doing it for almost 15 years and have used Google ads on and off. I have not used it in the last few years as I found that it was giving me leads that were too expensive and when I brought the cost down the quality was terrible. I ended up buying my leads from a third party and the leads they give were cheaper over all and better quality. However, the draw back is that they control the leads and sell them to multiple people so I have lots of competition and I’m dependent on their lead flow. I would like to see if there is someone out there that thinks they can help me get the leads at a good cost and still deliver good quality.
