Ghost Hunting Tools with camera – LiDAR, Night Vision, SLS, etc

Looking for a freelancer to help me design new ghost hunting tools using the iPhone and Android camera. Would love to take advantage of LiDAR, and night vision capabilities along with SLS. An app that does all 3 at once and can turn on and off each. Also it’ll need to be able to record and save.

I welcome new ideas too for future projects.
