Just get USA traffic to my affiliate link for free sign ups and gift cards, the visitor just has to submit his/her email id and it will be considered as a conversion.
Payment will be for every 1000 US Visitors will be 25$ initially and as the conversions increases, the freelancer will be considered for a full-fledged contract on a monthly basis and then the payment will also raise to 50$ per 1K visitor after a certain amount of visitors.
You just have to convince the visitor to signup and submit his/her email id for getting free giftcards.
