Generate 3D Model of Office Building with 2D drawings for Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Radiant Heating System and Floor Plan

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can generate a highly detailed 3D model of a large office building, along with 2D drawings for the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Radiant Heating systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in using AutoCAD and Solidworks.

Size of the office building:
– Large (more than 5,000 sq ft)

Level of detail required for each system:
– Highly detailed with annotations

Software preference for 3D model generation:
– AutoCAD and Solidworks

Skills and experience required:
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solidworks
– Experience in generating highly detailed 3D models with annotations
