I require the following

1. Draftperson to amendments to existing garage plans to include :

1.1 elevations of a retaining wall of 600mm – side view and Birdseye view,
1.2 include detailing the positioning of the retaining wall relative to the property boundary and garage

2. Engineer to provide structural drawings and calculations for retaining wall holding additional dirt to level off the structure, where the natural ground has a slope / incline.
