Future Recording space in Boynton Beach

Hello,

I’m looking for a Sound Engineer in the area of Boynton Beach (that lives in this area) who would be interested in joining me in my project. I will rent in december 2021 a space so I can build a basic recording studio. It will be a place that I can use to record Voice-Over or rent for any musical projects. It will be more like a “recording space” or a “rehearsal space” with a recording booth.

It’s important for me that I have a Sound Engineer combine with my studio. If you have any ideas for such a collaboration. I’m open to any ideas. My expertise is voice-over. But this place could be for multi-purpose.
This is not a virtual collaboration. I’d like that the sound engineer LIVES in the area.
