Fund raiser needed!!! –2–2

1) I need someone to help my UK company raise funds.
We are not interested in venture capital at this time but rather, in traditional lenders.
The desired candidate will have some corporate financial experience and is based permanently in the UK.
The individual must have a strong network of contacts in the UK.

I’d like to stress that we’re only interested in applicants who are not under any immigration controls whatsoever (i.e., limits to how long they can stay in the UK).
At a high level, you will
– open new UK bank account(s) for the company
– find new shareholders
– manage our relationships with the shareholders
– add new signatories to the bank account you’ll open
– approach lenders on our behalf

2) It would also be nice, but not required to have the same person represent us before the Home Office for our Employer Sponsorship application. This second project will be discussed and remunerated separately.
