Full-Stack Developer (Angular + Rails API) to join ongoing, challenging and complex, but rewarding project with positive social impact

We are looking for a full-stack developer that would be interested in a long-term collaboration on a project with Angular (front-end) and Ruby-on-Rails (backend). The project serves the global constituency of non-profit organizations in their mission to improve the life of people. It is housed on MS Azure and focuses on the collection and processing of data, allowing non-government organizations to measure and report on their impact.
We have a long-term vision for mutual collaboration with a well-experienced person or a team. This job is not suitable for the person at the beginning of their learning journey with Rails or Angular.
