Front-end Smarty Web Developer

I’m looking for a front-end smarty developer to assist with our project. We have a design and live site, we need a front-end smarty dev with the following experiences to assist with on-going front-end updates and changes:

– Smarty Template TPL
– Basic PHP
– Experienced in CSS
– htaccess or mod_rewrite
