Front and back end NFT Marketplace on Cardano Blockchain

I am looking to create a website, that is an NFT marketplace on the Cardano Blockchain.
I am a stake pool operator and have the unique and required access to a node.

I am looking to replicate what has been done on the Ethereum block chain with https://rarible.com/ .
“NFT”s are just items that can be “hashed” into a blockchain. At which point it can never be changed. It has created a new marketplace for artist, and those looking to create a verifiable record of what they have created.

Here is the hard part.
I need someone to learn a new coding platform called Plutus. This is a “Smart Contract” software that allows you to create smart contracts on the Cardano Blockchain.

It’s based on Haskell. So if you know this. Or would like to learn it for this project. Please contact me.

It is really new. It was just released on the Cardano “testNet” a few months ago.
They have created a “playground” for developers to learn the system.

The NFT Market place I linked above, Rarible, is an auction house web site.
Users can log in, link their cyrpto wallet, list, bid and buy NonFungible tokens.
Our site needs to function the same. And it needs to look as good or better.
There are other teams already working on this, with a much bigger budget, but I believe there is still an opportunity here.

Flows:
Seller: Signup > Connect wallet (maybe with this http://walletlink.org/) > Upload files (items) > Fixing base price

Platform: Approve items for listing > Add a profit on top of base price > Publish for bidding

Buyer: Signup > Connect wallet > Browse/search items > Place bids
After the bidding time over, the “Token” can be transferred from sellers wallet to buyers wallet, after 2% commission payment transfer to us.

Front end:
• Creating UX wireframes for Seller and Buyer flows.
• Designing all the screens for Seller and Buyer flows.
• Converting those screens in HTML/CSS/JS with mobile responsive.
Back end:
• Creating API services
• Integrating APIs in HTML components with Angular/React framework
• Integrating crypto wallet services
• Complete back-office design & development
• Deployment & hosting into my domain (I can provide hosting if needed in Azure Vms)

We have about 109 days before this can go onto the “mainnet.” So, I would need to be production ready and tested in “testnet” by then.
