Project detail

Point Loma’s top producing Real Estate team, The Yarbrough Group, is searching for an experienced BLOG writer to create custom content for our team’s two San Diego real estate websites.

This would be a steady, on-going gig as we would need a total of four, 500 word BLOG posts every month, two for each of our websites:

PointLomaHomes.com
– Focused on home sellers and the Point Loma area specifically

ForSaleSanDiego.com
– Focused on home buyers the San Diego area at large

Posts topics and SEO will be a on-going collaboration with our in-house Marketing Director. We have a general idea of where we want to go and what topics we would like to cover, but your input would be extremely valuable.

The primary focus of our BLOG is SEO and Google Page Ranking. Currently, our BLOG is mostly “read” by the web spiders, and its “job” is to get us a higher Google ranking.

However, we would like to grow our BLOGs into something that gives real value that will be read not only by our current clients, but also by prospective clients that find us via search engines.

There will also be times when we will have a video that we will create and we will need you to create a BLOG post around/about that video.

While we are already the top performing team in our area, we are looking to step up our game and truly dominate our market through our new aggressive marketing campaign, and this update to our BLOG is the next step in that process.

Ideally we are looking for someone who can “do the whole BLOG.” Copy, web-sourced and royalty-free photos/graphics, SEO, and all. We would simply give you access to the back end of our sites and would expect content posted on a regular weekly schedule. We will then handle the promotion of said content via our established social media networks.

If this sounds like something you could handle, we look forward to hearing from you!
