Forum website!

I need to create a forum where the customers can create an user and register on the forum page so they can tell their opinion regarding my business!

Also i need the option from the admin to handle the content of the reviews (and many other settings ) in case some one write embarrassing words!

Will be a simple page with my company details and logo picture!

Also an language translate will be need!
