Forminator Formular CSS-Styling

I am looking for someone to Design my entire form so that it is responsive and can be applied to all forms.

ONLY CSS no bootstrap!

The icon images should be in the middle and bigger, the text pages should be different, I don’t like the structure, come up with something 🙂 maybe boxes or something like that, it should be very clean.

I would like to have nice modern design, please only contact me if your design skills are not medieval
