Footage Cleanup/Restoration (Hot/Dead Pixels) — 2

I have 4, or 4 and half minutes worth of footage that has white pixels and a few black pixels that I want removed. I figure it be clonestamped with neighboring pixels within frame or neighboring frames. Its too time-consuming for me and I need to build the video it pertains to. Keep in mind I took those screen shots before I started to mask them for reference – its at least 48 pixels and/or instances from the last time i saved the file in After Effects. This project can be done in DaVinci Resolve if you have that – I’ll provide original footage
