Flyer design

I need a template designing in either Word or Publisher that I can then easily change a main photo and text for different flyers that I would then save as a JPG to post to Facebook. I know it would normally be done in Photoshop or the like, but I don’t have those programs or the skills to use them nor the time to learn them, so I need to keep it simple.
