Fluxstore app: modifications and publish on ios and android — 2

Hi, I need some custom modifications in the fluxstore app for woocommerce to make it work with my website:

1- the app do not check product quantity available on checkout, so if the product quantity become 0 during the checkout, i get and order as a backorder even if the backorders are disabled.
2-custom checkout field should be added to the app, and fields informations from the app should be saved to the customer wordpress profile after the order.
3-checkout fields informations should load automatically if the user already exist on the website.
4- I need help with publishing the app on appstore and google play
