Flutter Project 70% complete, need to complete

I am currently working with outsourced developers and looking to get the project completed. The main issue is the chat feature. We are currently using Node js and sockets for messaging, not fire base. There is also Login issues , message population issues. Placement of messages.

Deliverables
The project will be divided into 3 segments.
1 – Login issues : The ability to login via FB, Google, Signup with email and Apple login.

2- Chat issues :Ensuring notifications appear when a message appears. The message populates correctly within the window panel. Emojis are active.
3- Minor updates (solely cosmetic, ex: Placement of texts).
