Flutter order application

We have 2 restaurants. We want to have an application to take the orders from customers. Customers can take access related menu page when scanning qr code. There will be login page. Admin can add the items according to its groups. Can add waiters, cookers and barista. When barista log in , will see items relating cooking area and barista is the same. Admin can see the tables and when customer come to pay, click the tables and see all ordered items. When click pay reciept will be printed. They will be admin web site exactly similar with admin application page
