Flat land Metaverse with parcels for sale and import possible

Make a blank flat land metaverse with parcels for sale, online, with a mini map and people running around it.
People will be able to buy their parcels and upload what they want in their space.
Get this done in Three.js and smart contracts. You must be able to import the metaverse property from some source.

Build a parcel place with 44,000 spots

On a flat board with a mini map and a person able to run around it and see each square for sale. The map can be blank like a net and the people that run around can be imported from ready player me
And the land connects to Metamask and takes BNB and ETH. Must be able to see each other online.

If you can do this we will spend a lot more on the actual building out of the system.
