Fix WhatsApp backup

I upgrated from Samsung Note 20 to S22 and when setting the new phone WhatsApp backup all the archives where copied but some how I cannot open the Documents (pdfs) and stickers.
I see the pdf on the chat history but I cannot open them when clicked, and the stickers are on the whattsapp folder but they did not appear on the WhatsApp.
