Fix Slider Revolution Parallax Effect on Avada Website

I would like to fix the rotating banner in the home page so the parallax will work on all devices (desktop, tables and Mobile). The images will move up and down when scrolled on the page. One slider is used in the home and a second one is used across all pages.

Also, I would to fix the parallax effect on the footer in the widgets section. It is not working on mobile devices.
