Fix existing php curl class and debug the issue why its not working

I have a curl class to retrieve cookies and fieldsets to external site and build a query to pass on curl request to check existence of a fixed email address value. This class used to work before but has now stopped working. Destination page still working as before and rendering content data but CURL is not succeeding. I need someone to debug the issue and resolve it on existing PHP Curl resources.
