Project detail

We have a dedicated server with twos IPs (non-shared) and three domains that are clean (green on http://multirbl.valli.org/, neutral reputation on Cisco Talos, clean on Trendmicro, clear on Office365 blacklist, clear on Gmail, etc), security features (DMARC, DNSSEC, DKIM, SPF and TLS), no mailing lists (we do not do email marketing, just normal corporate e-mail), normal IP status page with Smart Network Data Services (SNDS), no spam complains (member of Smart Network Data Service and Junk Email Reporting Program) and despite this all messages to our clients are going straight to Spam. Outlook.com delivery support was contacted and first response was that our IPs do not qualify to mitigation and later reply from people in India telling they will escalate the problem but so far no solution. We are looking for someone with deep experience with Microsoft Outlook.com headers to fix what is causing our messages to go to Spam (X-Microsoft-Antispam-Mailbox-Delivery, X-Microsoft-Antispam-Message-Info, X-Microsoft-Antispam: BCL:0, X-Microsoft-Antispam-Mailbox-Delivery:
