Fix CSS issues with Element Plus after Vue.js update

We have a web portal where there are different forms, the following component “https://louismazel.github.io/maz-ui-3/components/maz-phone-number-input” was added with which we had to update configurations and versions of certain libraries, it was updated to the latest version of Vue.js

It is then necessary to be able to enter to review the code and stabilize the forms since they have lost shape and many inputs looks weird, what is expected is to keep the view pleasant and the forms working in a normal way.
