Firebase IOS Cloud Messaging Expert

I am looking for a Firebase IOS Cloud Messaging Expert who can help me debug messaging functionality for my project. I need basic text notifications to be included in the push notifications for IOS. The IDE is Android Studio on Mac Book using Flutter and Dart. All work to be done online on my Mac Book. The deadline for this project is 1 week.
