Finish WHMCS Provisioning Module

Description:
I have a partially complete module for WHMCS that integrates with Laravel and the WHMCS billing software.

This module should have two functions:
– Create user and team laravel objects on service create action in whmcs
– Mark user and team record as suspended in Laravel on product suspension.

The module currently has the library working to create the objects in laravel, but the WHMCS module is timing out.

I will provide logins to the example laravel instance, whmcs instance, and will add you to the github repository where the code currently is.

Verification:
– User is created with the same email as WHMCS and a randomly generated password
– On suspension action, the service is marked suspended in WHMCS, and the team object and user object in laravel have their state set to suspended.
