Find contacts inside US hospitals responsible for acquiring patient data

We have a new software for hospital workers that try to get a patients medical data (from other doctors) prior to a procedure. We DO NOT want patient data – we want names/emails/phone from people tasked at getting patient data from other doctors/ hospitals.
