final additions to PHP site to make it functional

My colleague and I are linguists in the Anthropology department at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. We have a site that we have been working on, but there are several features that I don’t know how to complete. The site is in PHP/MySQL.

At this point, it is not a large site, but it does need a few things that I need help doing. Those things are listed below.

It is our goal to get the site “functional”, even if it won’t yet have all its features. When, however, it is functional, then we will be able to raise money to add the additional features in stages.

To make it functional, we need the following:

– DATABASE ORGANIZATION – We need to make sure our database(s) are organized and set up correctly.
– DUPLICATE CHECK – After the database is organized correctly, we need professional advice on how to make sure duplicate entries are not entered into the database.
– CHANGE LOG – We need to have a system to keep track of changes made to all entries, and a code to call these changes into a table.
– INLINE EDITING – We need code to turn a result on the front end into an editable form if user is logged in.
– SITE SECURITY – Once all the above is written, we need someone to check the PHP script for vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, etc, etc.

You will need to be familiar with PHP/MySQL, Bootstrap, dataTables.net.

We would like to pay for each of the above services individually and in the order listed above.

We have to submit our funding proposal before the end of the year, so if we could get a solid quote from a reputable coder / company, then we could use it to submit our funding proposal.

After the above is complete, this is just the beginning. Stages 2 and 3 of the website will require much more help from professional coders. As mentioned above, having these 5 things completed – meaning, the site works – will make it possible for us to secure the additional funding needed.
